Handicap rules: All players must provide either their USGA GHIN number or provide other proof of handicap. If you don't have either of these you must get an Envision Golf handicap by playing 18 holes supervised by our PGA Pro (no add. cost for pro). To schedule a time email Ignacio at ignacio.isern@envisiongolf.com. Even if you didn't get a chance to establish a handicap don't let that discourage you from signing up, Ignacio will work with you to set one up.
We follow the USGA recommendations on how to apply handicaps in scramble tournaments as follows:
For 3 player teams:
The result of these 3 are then added together to determine the # of strokes for the team.
For 2 player teams:
The result of these 2 are then added together to determine the # of strokes for the team.
Points system: The same points system used on the PGA tour is used to keep the overall league standings.
Other rules:
1. Each team must use at least 3 drives from each player. Par 3s don't count.
2. Sportsmanship is a must. We are here to enjoy this great game with friends, not to win at all costs.
We follow USGA rules & recommendations in all events.
